Ingredients: MCT oil (medium-chain triglycerides), capsule shell (bovine gelatine, humectants: glycerol, sorbitol, water), thickener: beeswax, beta-carotene, D-alpha-tocopherol, emulsifier: sunflower lecithins, menaquinone-7, cholecalciferol.
Recommended use: Take 1 capsule daily. Swallow with a glass of water, preferably with a meal or immediately after.
