Shipping policy

At Lift Up Supplements Ltd, we aim to process and deliver all orders as quickly and reliably as possible. This Shipping Policy explains our order processing times, delivery options, shipping costs, and applicable delivery restrictions.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders placed before 1:00pm (Monday to Friday) are usually dispatched the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 1:00pm, on weekends, or on UK public holidays are processed on the next business day.
  • Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and UK public holidays.

2. Shipping Options, Costs & Delivery Times (UK Only)

All delivery times below refer to transit time only.
Total delivery time = order processing time + transit time.

DPD Next Day Delivery

  • Estimated delivery time: Next business day
  • Cut-off time: Orders must be placed before 1:00pm (Monday to Friday) to qualify for next business day delivery
  • Cost: £5.50
  • Carrier: DPD UK

Orders placed after 1:00pm, on weekends, or on UK public holidays will be dispatched the next business day and delivered on the following business day.

Standard Shipping

  • Estimated delivery time: 1–4 business days
  • Cost:
    • Free on orders of £50.00 and over
    • For orders below £50.00, a flat shipping rate of £3.99 is applied at checkout
  • Carrier: Royal Mail or DPD (depending on parcel size and weight)

3. Shipping Carriers

We currently dispatch orders using the following carriers:

  • Royal Mail
  • DPD UK

Carrier selection depends on the size and weight of the order.

4. Shipping Destinations & Restrictions

  • We only ship within the United Kingdom.
  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.

We do not deliver to:

  • PO Boxes
  • BFPO addresses

Delivery to certain remote locations may take longer than the estimated delivery times stated above.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing tracking details. Tracking information is provided by the carrier and may also be available in your customer account, where applicable.

6. Delivery Delays

While we aim to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • Carrier delays
  • Adverse weather conditions
  • High-volume periods (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas)
  • Industrial action or other force majeure events

Lift Up Supplements Ltd is not responsible for delays once the order has been handed over to the carrier.
