Reflex Nutrition The Muscle Bomb is a powdered pre-workout food supplement designed for adults to use before training as part of an active lifestyle. It offers two serving options—10 g (1 scoop) or 20 g (2 scoops)—so you can tailor your intake based on your caffeine tolerance and workout routine.
The formula combines citrulline malate, beta-alanine, betaine anhydrous, L-tyrosine and L-taurine, alongside electrolytes and key vitamins and minerals. Caffeine contributes to increased alertness and improved concentration. Vitamin B6 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, while vitamin B12 supports normal energy-yielding metabolism. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function and normal energy-yielding metabolism, and zinc contributes to normal immune function.
Suggested use: mix 10 g in 200 ml water or 20 g in 400 ml water. Do not exceed 20 g per day. Food supplements should be used alongside a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.

How to Use
Mix 10 g (1 level scoop) in 200 ml cold water or 20 g (2 level scoops) in 400 ml cold water. Do not exceed 20 g per day.

Citrulline malate, beta-alanine, betaine anhydrous, L-tyrosine, flavourings, L-taurine, potassium chloride, magnesium citrate, caffeine anhydrous, maltodextrin, sweeteners (acesulfame, sucralose, steviol glycosides from stevia), sodium chloride, anti-caking agents (calcium silicate, silicon dioxide), colour (carotenes), zinc bisglycinate, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin), folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid). May contain milk, gluten and/or egg.

- Suggested use: 10 g (1 scoop) or 20 g (2 scoops) mixed with water as above.
- Maximum daily intake: Do not exceed 20 g per day.
- Contains caffeine: 175 mg per 10 g serving; 350 mg per 20 g serving. Do not exceed 400 mg caffeine per day.
- Not recommended for children or for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
