BioTechUSA After is a complex post-workout food supplement developed for active adults following high-intensity strength or endurance training. It is designed to be used after exercise as part of a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle, providing a broad range of amino acids, creatine, vitamins and minerals in a convenient drink format.

Each serving contains essential amino acids, including BCAAs in a 2:1:1 ratio, a glutamine complex, and 3 g of micronised creatine. Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise when consumed daily at 3 g. The formula is preservative-free, sugar-free* and fat-free** when prepared with water.

How to Use
