How to Use
Mix 10 g (approximately three level 5 ml measures) with 250 ml of water and shake thoroughly until fully dissolved. Consume 30 minutes before exercise.
Recommended consumption is one serving per day. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose. The scoop included measures by volume, not by weight; for precise measurements please use scales.
