Description

Scitec Nutrition Pow3rd is a sugar-free pre-workout powder designed for use before training. Each serving contains 200mg caffeine, creatine, amino acids, Rhodiola rosea root extract, and vitamin B9.

The formula includes creatine, which increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise. This beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3g of creatine. Vitamin B9 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Pow3rd is easy to prepare with water and can be taken 30 minutes before training. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.

Directions

Mix 1 serving, 7g or 1/2 scoop, with 300ml water in a shaker bottle. For accurate measurement, use a scale. Take 1 serving 30 minutes before training. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
