Serving Suggestions
Mix 1 scoop, 37g or 2.5 heaped tablespoons, with 100ml water or skimmed milk. Shake or stir vigorously until it resembles traditional pancake batter. Cook in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat until golden brown on both sides, approximately 1-2 minutes per side depending on batter thickness.
Experiment with the batter thickness, pancake size, and cooking time to prepare the pancakes the way you like them. Once prepared, store in the fridge and consume within one day.
Storage
Store tightly closed in a cool, dry place. After opening, consume within 6 months.
